To create many of our fun and creative backgrounds, we use green screen technology during school photography and Kindergrad sessions. For the best results, we kindly ask that students avoid wearing bright green or neon green clothing, as these colours can blend into the background and affect the final image. Instead, choose solid colours or subtle patterns that complement your child's personality and photograph beautifully.

How do I order school pictures?
Ordering your school pictures is quick and easy through our secure online ordering system. Once your child's gallery is available, you'll receive instructions on how to view the images, choose your favourite package, and order prints, digital images, or keepsake products from the comfort of your home on a flyer in your child's backpack. What happens if my child misses picture day?
If your child is absent on picture day, don't worry! Most schools schedule a retake or makeup day. If a makeup day is available, you can contact me for a studio session for a small fee.

How long until my pictures will be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the school's schedule and the time of year. Once all images have been professionally edited and processed, picture packages are delivered directly to the school for distribution. Typical timeline is 3-4 weeks after the deadline.

Can I order additional prints or digital images later?
Yes! If you've already placed an order and would like additional prints, enlargements, keepsakes, or digital images, you can return to your online gallery at any time while it remains active and place another order. It's easy to purchase extra copies for grandparents, family members, or special gifts.

Do you offer graduation portraits outside of school?
Yes! Along with graduation photos taken at school, I also offer personalized graduation portrait sessions. These relaxed sessions allow for outdoor locations, cap and gown portraits, and meaningful personal items that showcase each graduate's personality and accomplishments, creating images that truly celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime milestone.

Can I include my pet in my graduation portraits?
Absolutely! Pets are an important part of the family, and they can make your graduation portraits even more meaningful. For the safety and comfort of everyone, pets are not permitted inside the school during graduation portrait sessions. However, you are welcome to book a separate studio or outdoor graduation session for an additional fee, where your furry friend can be included in your portraits.
