School & Graduation - Mary Colleen Photography

Fall is a special time to capture those fabulous smiles with back to school pictures. Tasteful, traditional pictures taken on a green screen background which allow for a freedom and large variety of backdrops personally designed by myself. There are a variety of items and packages designed to meet all needs ranging from $16 to $60 which include a Complimentary Class photo depending on the school and grades available (High Schools do not receive one). The end of Kindergarten marks a special time in a parent and child's life. I offer kindergrad pictures at schools for all students and packages are similar to what is offered for school pictures. There is also availability for private kindergrad sessions in my studio which last about 30 minutes for a flat fee and requires booking a session for those that either missed them at the school or interested in a little bit more. These are great memories to capture and it would look awesome to have a Kindergrad picture paired with a Grade 12 Graduation photo!

Senior Grad Pictures are a very touching moment in a parents life, and an exciting moment in a students life. The start of being an adult. These pictures symbolize all the hard work they have done to get to this point and reflect the person who they are and have the potential to be. These pictures are organized and taken at the school, no need to drive anywhere. Each session lasts about 20 minutes and includes a collection of poses. Here is some important information about your grad session:

There is a non-refundable session fee of $50.00* which will include:

Cap & Gown + *2 Personal Photos(optional) = 10+ proofs
A mounted 8X10 Class Composite
Group shots of 2-5 friends are available as well. These will appear on your order form with the grad poses. As of March 2024 Friends pictures will be an additional $5/pp per group that person is in, payable at the time of the pictures.

On your Photo day please bring with you:

- Your deposit of $50.00. This can be cash or e-transfer sent to mary@marycolleen.ca, please add your child's name to the message section. Cheques are no longer accepted. A receipt will be issued.
- *A memento to remember your passion during your time at Hillside High for your personal photo. e.g. basketball, volleyball, football, guitar etc. NOTE: Please no animals
- Mary Colleen Photography is not responsible for grooming or attire. I will do my best to recommend proper grooming and attire prior to the photo sitting whenever possible. But it is up to the individual to be aware of the following preparations:
- Boys: Please wear a dress shirt with collar (white, black or respectable colour) and a tie. Please also be aware of ‘hat head’ if your photo is in the afternoon.
- Girls: Consider modest make-up and keeping your bangs pinned back. Lash extensions are very popular but please be aware that they also stop light from reaching your eyes and can create shadows. Please also be aware of your rings, necklaces and nail polish; anything waist up the camera will see.
- Pictures are waist up only
